PIZZA STATION OPERATOR

Seeking a responsible individual to operate a mobile pizza trailer at our farm brewery. This individual will be responsible for food prep, dough making, operating the truck during service and cleanup. This unique property is a working farm, microbrewery and beer garden.

This seasonal position is 15-25 hours/week, primarily Friday - Sunday with the occasional weekday shift. Wage starts at $17/hr + tips, dependent on experience. Main Responsibilities:

  • Dough and ingredients preparation for service

  • Inventory management

  • Prepare trailer for service

  • Operate pizza trailer with a small team (take orders, assemble pizza, cook in a wood fired oven)

  • Beer service

  • Clean and shut down the trailer at the end of each service

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years cooking experience

  • Experience with wood fired oven

  • Reliable, self-starter with good time management skills

  • Communicate well with manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

  • Attention to detail


FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF

We're looking for someone to join our tasting room team for the season (May - October). We welcome folks with diverse work experiences and backgrounds. If you’ve ever wondered if there's room for you in the craft beer industry, there's a place at the table for you here.

Requirements:

- Thrives in a small team environment.

- Experience with beer service, or an interest in learning about craft beer.

- Strong work ethic - reliable and trustworthy.

- Able to work weekdays and one day on the weekend (rotating schedule).

Overall Responsibilities:

- Ensure a positive guest experience, guiding guests through a diverse array of craft beers.

- Process transactions at the bar and facilitate retail sales.

- Bus tables, clean glassware, ensure tasting room and public spaces are clean and tidy at all times.


Compensation:

Hourly wage begins at $13/hr + tips, increases with experience and completion of craft beer training. Health benefits are available for both p/t and f/t employees. PTO for f/t employees after 12 months employment.


FARM CREW

We're looking for someone to join us on the farm for the season (May - October). If you enjoy working independently outdoors on a variety of tasks, please reach out today. We are willing to train anyone with an interest in learning.

Requirements:

  • General gardening experience, or an interest in learning.

  • Strong work ethic - reliable and trustworthy.

  • Self-starter with good time management skills. 

  • Ability to maintain focus when working individually. 

  • Communicate with manager to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

Tasks:

  • Gardening - watering, weeding, pruning of established crops, garden beds, container plants.

  • General upkeep of public-facing areas.

  • Light animal care (poultry).

  • Assist with special projects, as necessary.

Compensation:

Wage is dependent on experience, skills and qualifications, and starts at $15/hr. Health benefits are available for both p/t and f/t employees. PTO for f/t employees after 12 months employment.
