Waypost will be at the first ever Kalamazoo BBQ & Beer Bash at Homer Stryker Field.

Where winter meets BBQ and Beer. Attendees can expect delicious smoked, grilled and barbecued food along with dozens of different beers to try.

B FORREST is an award winning singer-songwriter, guitarist, and producer from Chicago, and we’re pleased to welcome him to Waypost for an evening of live music Friday, August 4, from 5-8 PM.

After music school, Forrest spent time traveling the globe refining his calling card folk-soul album Back to Bodhi. After returning to his home town he was awarded a City Of Chicago Individual Artist Grantee in 2017, and again in 2019. He was a 2020 John Lennon Songwriting Competition Winner for his song One By One, and 2021 saw the return to acoustic roots with Americana-folk influenced releases Oihana and The Brooklyn Sessions.
